10 things we sh0uld do

...10 things we should do...
1. From now on, every time anyone asks us how we are, the out loud answer is always a very, very positive! (such as Great! Terrific! Fantastic!) no matter how we really feel! It doesn't matter! We are trying to change ourselves forever!


2. From now on, we commit to talking full and total responsibility for our circumstances, our results and how we feel! It will always be our responsibility and that of our brain cells and no one else's!


3.From now on, we will always learn new things everyday!


4. From now on, we will stop ourselves from completing any and every negative thought or words, and turn them into a positive, before we go on to anything else!


5. From now on, we will always everyday do something new, strange, crazy, silly, out of the box, embarrassing, or that is otherwise "not like us".


6. From now on, we will always set a goals by putting it down in writing.


7. From now on, we will willingly and eagerly fail at something important everyday...and learn from it!


8. From now on, we will everyday of our life, tell at least two people that we love them. (one should always be ourselves even if we don't believe it yet!)


9. From now on, we will everyday of our life, do an exercise regimen for our brain or our body. (preferably both!)


10. From now on, we will stop and look to see what anyone else is doing and then choose to probably do the opposite!
